We do the actual job together at the property — turnover, staging, water testing, the whole run-of-show. You leave knowing exactly what great looks like. Paid, obviously.
All roles are part-time 1099 contractor positions in Twin Lakes, WI — for locals within about a 10-minute drive. Every one of them is hands-on, every one matters, and every one starts at the property with Mike.
The anchor role. Run check-out turnovers shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew, coach the enhancers, master the property inside and out — with a real path into leadership and the host seat.

No. We hire for heart and train for skill — processes, water chemistry, staging, the apps, all of it. Your first shift is worked side-by-side with the owner and it's paid.
You're not an employee — you're a contractor. You control which shifts you accept, you handle your own taxes (you'll complete a W-9), and we provide everything except a capable smartphone. Many people love the flexibility; if you want a traditional W-2 job, this isn't it.
Within about a 10-minute drive of the property (1213 W Main St, Twin Lakes, WI 53181). Some visits are 20 minutes; others run 2+ hours — we've found anything further isn't worth your drive, so we keep it local.
Slack (team messaging) for everything, Pooli for logging pool water tests, plus a couple of checklist and smart-home apps. All free — we'll walk you through each one during onboarding. A reliable, current smartphone is the only equipment you provide.
No — these are part-time roles (roughly 2–20 hours/week depending on the role and bookings). They're ideal for stay-at-home parents, semi-retired folks, real-estate/hospitality people, or anyone wanting meaningful work close to home. The PCM role carries the most hours and is the steadiest.
