EnglishPrairieBnB, a premier vacation rental in Twin Lakes, is seeking a dedicated and coachable Turnover Specialist to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering a flawless, 5-star experience for every guest. This role is critical to our success, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and master the art of vacation rental preparation.
Please note: This position is ideal for an individual who is not currently cleaning for other residential or vacation-rental clients. We're looking for a dedicated team member to train in our unique, high-quality system.
What you'll do
Working under the direction of our Property Care Manager (Turnover Team Lead), you'll reset, sanitize and stage the home to perfection between guests:
- Perform detailed, high-quality cleaning of all interior spaces — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas.
- Handle all laundry, including washing, drying, and making beds to hotel standards.
- Restock all guest amenities, supplies, and marketing materials.
- Learn and perform outdoor tasks: hot tub/pool maintenance (testing and balancing), grill cleaning, and restocking the firepit area — in all weather conditions.
- Use your smartphone for team communication, detailed digital checklists, and documenting your work with photos and videos.

- Available 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM — any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Schedule, compensation & employment status
- Pay: $25 per hour.
- Schedule: on-call to start — open availability any day of the week, typically between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Check-outs usually land on Sundays and Mondays but can fall on any day, and short-notice bookings happen.
- Hours: begins on a trial basis, with hours offered when our primary team member is unavailable. For a reliable, high-performing team member there's strong potential for more regular hours.
- Employment type: 1099 independent contractor — you handle your own taxes and complete a W-9 on hire. The only equipment you provide is a reliable, current smartphone. For consistency and sanitation, all cleaning tools and supplies live at the property and are used exclusively there.
- Expected hours: typically 1–12 per week to start.
Honest fit check: if you're not available during the 9 AM–3 PM window because of other commitments, or you're outside the ~10-minute radius, this role won't work — and we'd rather be upfront than waste your time.
